Wednesdays: UCF Ride; 6pm from Research Parkway behind the UCF Campus, all summer long. details...

Wednesdays: Airport Ride; 6pm from Cargo rd, on Heinzelman blvd all winter long. It is a well lit course perfect for night time training.

Fridays: Lake Mary Easy ride; leaves from Lake Mary Cycles at 7:30am, 30 miles easy details...

Saturdays: The one, the only, Errol Estates Ride; leaves from David's World Cycle in Altamonte Springs at 7:10am. Great hard ride for the middle hour. Rolling hills. 56 miles.
Caddy Way/Lakemont is not an option in season... out of season its OK. details...

Sundays: The Famous Windermere Ride; Leaves from the Windermere Elementry School on Macguire Rd. at 8am. details...
