ASV women racers Kathy Cote and Jennie Collins had great performances this past weekend in the women's races in Deland. On Saturday they raced together in a combined women's field with Cathy taking second in the field to place first in women's 4 with Jennie right there to take second in the women's 1,2,3. Cathy immediately upgraded to women's 3 for the Sunday race where the women were combined with the men's 35+ field. Both rode strong in this very fast field with Cathy taking 3rd and Jennie 5th. What a start for the ASV women's team to be a dominant force this year in the women's 1,2,3.
